Sacral Bath: an informative educational bath program (7 steps) for 10 people

The program includes:

• Warm footbath
• Initial body warm-up, heat, fragrances, relaxation. Meditation
• First steam ritual and salt & herb body scrub (peeling)
• Aromatherapy (inhalation of herbal essences aided by soothing steam)
• Whole body immersion in steam
• Hot herbal compress for joints
• Whisking with Lithuanian bath whisks 
• Meditation after the bath
• Hot Jacuzzi
• Fragrant tea and local organic honey

The bath master assists you during each round in the bath and explains how each step of the ritual 
is performed and how it affects the body physically and spiritually.

• Price: EUR 400 for bath rental with the program and additional EUR 7 per person for a bath whisk. 
• Duration: about 5 hours.
• Be ready to have a great time and bring your swimwear, slippers, a towel and a bathrobe (if needed).

Relaxing bath for women (10 people)

The program includes:

• Facial scrub with Lithuanian amber powder
• Nourishing honey body wrap

The bath master let's women to perform the bath rituals themselves

• Price: EUR 380,00 for bath rental with the program and additional EUR 7.00 per person for a bath whisk and other accessories. 
• Duration: about 3-5 hours. 
• Be ready to have a great time and bring your swimwear, slippers, a towel and a bathrobe (if needed).

• Bathing in cold water
• The more steam, the better for the body. Whisk yourself and your neighbor.

• Price: EUR 380.00 for sauna rental with the program plus EUR 7.00 per person for a sauna whisk.
